Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time (40–48 hours/week)
We are seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for travel contracts in both Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) and Outpatient Rehab settings. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment while gaining diverse experience across patient populations.
Position Overview
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
Available Settings
Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend rotation: Approximately every 4th weekend
- Preferred experience in inpatient rehab and/or acute care
Outpatient Rehab
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Mix of pediatric and adult patients preferred
- Occasional weekend/holiday coverage in acute/IPR (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Requirements
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience required
- Experience in IPR, acute care, or outpatient rehab preferred
- Ability to work up to 48 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Details

Pay Rate: $56/hour

Overtime: Paid after 48 hours at 1.5x

Holiday Pay: 1.5x for major holidays

On-Call Rate: $2.05/hour (if applicable)

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier

Weekly Schedule: Sunday–Saturday workweek

Payroll: Bi-weekly
