Maintenance Supervisor – Aerospace Manufacturing (Casting)

90K plus overtime and 5% annual bonus. Great benefits and 401k

2 positions available -

1 – 1st shift M-F

1 – Weekend A- 6:45 am to 6:45pm – 3 days.

Overview:

Lead maintenance operations within a high-precision aerospace casting and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, supporting production of aerospace components, and driving safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for casting and aerospace manufacturing equipment
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and production systems to minimize downtime
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Partner with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards and promote a strong safety culture
• Manage facility maintenance, including building systems and contractor coordination
• Analyze production and maintenance data to identify improvements and reduce operational costs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean, Kaizen) within a casting/manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in maintenance within manufacturing (aerospace or casting preferred)
• Experience with industrial equipment, casting processes, and preventative maintenance systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
