We are hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for contract assignments nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN looking for competitive travel pay, a consistent schedule, and support throughout the assignment.

Requirements

· Active RN license in perspective state or applicable Compact RN license

· Current BLS certification or ability to obtain one

· ACLS, PALS, NIHSS may be required for certain roles

· 6 months to 2 years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

As a Travel RN, you will provide direct patient care while working as part of the facility's clinical team. Responsibilities may include:

· Assessing and monitoring patient conditions

· Administering medications and treatments

· Developing and implementing nursing care plans

· Documenting patient care accurately in the electronic medical record

· Communicating changes in patient condition to physicians and other members of the care team

· Educating patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning

· Following facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
