We are a growing U.S. healthcare staffing firm specializing in placing healthcare professionals in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and other healthcare settings across the United States.
We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who enjoys finding talent—not just waiting for applicants to appear.

What You'll Recruit
You'll recruit a variety of healthcare professionals including:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Occupational Therapists (OT)
- Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)
- Respiratory Therapists
- Medical Technologists
- Allied Health Professionals
- Locum Tenens Providers
- Additional clinical professionals as client needs evolve
Our largest focus today is nursing for long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, but our client base continues to expand into additional healthcare specialties.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, healthcare recruiting resources, professional networks, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Recruit both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate credentialing, compliance documentation, license verification, and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within our ATS/CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for future opportunities.
- Continuously improve recruiting strategies and contribute new sourcing ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare staffing.
- Proven success recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, or other clinical professionals.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to independently manage multiple openings while maintaining excellent candidate communication.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Preferred Experience
We are especially interested in recruiters who have successfully sourced candidates using:
- Healthcare-specific recruiting platforms and specialty healthcare job boards.
- State licensing boards, credential verification databases, and professional directories to identify passive candidates.
- Employee referral programs and referral-based recruiting strategies.
- Relationships with nursing schools, therapy programs, residency programs, or other healthcare education networks.
- Social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to build long-term recruiting pipelines.
- Credentialing, compliance, and healthcare license verification processes.
Experience recruiting for long-term care, rehabilitation, hospitals, travel healthcare, or locum tenens is highly preferred.
