Environment & Resources

You report to the Rehabilitation Director and work alongside a compact interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing). You will have full access to standard gym equipment, modalities, and an EMR; Medefis handles credentialing, payroll, and housing support so you can focus on patients. Typical assignment length is 13 weeks with extension options.

Essential Qualifications

• Current California PT license and BLS; ability to start within 30 days.
• Proven record of writing and achieving time-bound functional goals for orthopedic, neurologic, or geriatric caseloads.
• Comfort treating in both outpatient and skilled-nursing environments with limited specialist backup.
• Same-day documentation habit and willingness to use the facility EMR without extra training time.
• Spanish language skills or demonstrated success serving Latino patient populations preferred.
