🩺 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a skilled clinic team
• Improve patient flow, access, and experience
• Optimize scheduling, referrals, and clinic operations
• Drive quality, safety, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance and readiness in an ambulatory setting

✅ What You Bring

• RN (U.S. license or ability to obtain Alaska license)
• 5+ years clinical experience (incl. outpatient)
• 2+ years leadership/management experience
• Strong leadership, operations, and team-building skills
